The Union of NGOs of the Islamic World (UNIW) is giving support to the civil society structure which has been decided to be created by D-8 on its 11th Foundation Anniversary. Secretary General of UNIW Necmi Sadikoglu sent a congratulatory message to the Secretary General of D-8 Dr. Dipo Alam on the occasion of 11th Foundation Anniversary of D-8.

Turkish Channel A TV has streamed a new documantary called ‘Yesterday to Morrow’ allocate time to Islamophobia in last of the series. Documentary, produced by Ayşe Selcan Sever, streamed on May 24, 2008 was supported by The Union of NGOs of the Islamic World (UNIW) during the preparation period.
Many eminent thinkers and academicians as well as Secretary General Necmi Sadikoğlu spoke in the documentary. |
